Dr Mandeep Ahuja

Dr Ahuja joined Allied Diagnostics in May 2010, bringing more than 11 years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging to the company.
Originating from USA, he completed his primary medical degree in 1994, at University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School, USA. Dr Ahuja spent his residency training and practice in Diagnostic Radiology from 1994-1998 at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Centre in Michigan, USA. He completed his Cross-sectional Imaging Fellowship, Associate Staff Fellow and worked as Junior Consultant Radiologist at Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan, USA from July 1998 to June 1999. In November 1999, Dr Ahuja was certified by the American Board of Radiology.
From 1999 to 2002, he worked as Consultant Radiologist at Sturgis Hospital in Michigan, USA. During this time he also did several locums at War Memorial Hospital in Michigan, USA; Morris Hospital in Illinois, USA; Dickenson County Hospital in Michigan, USA; and Iron River Community Hospital in Michigan, USA.
Dr Ahuja moved to New Zealand in 2003 where he worked as Consultant Radiologist at Waikato General Hospital in Hamilton, which at the time was the largest hospital in New Zealand.
In 2004, Dr Ahuja joined Alexandra Hospital in Singapore as Consultant Radiologist after which he accepted a post as Director of MRI at Medical Imaging Ltd. in Singapore.
He returned to New Zealand in 2005 where he worked as Consultant Radiologist at Hawkes Bay District Health Board in Hastings.
Dr Ahuja moved to Singapore in 2006 and worked as Deputy Director of Radiology in Singapore General Hospital, the 2nd largest hospital in Asia.
He is a Sub-Specialist in Neuroradiology and Body Imaging with extensive experience in Musculoskeletal Imaging.
